Problem with assistence

The ea mod explained it in the other thread. You are likely picking an option that doesn’t have chat support. 

(I rewrote another thread simply because you didn't reply to the other one, and I'll continue to make others like it if you still stop responding) According to what you say, each problem category does not have the option of live chat with assistant. Because I have checked them all and no one has the option, so given other times I have already used live chat through categories of issues where there is no live chat now, so can you explain to me why today I do not have the possibility of live chat.
