disconnected

I had won my promotion game to div 2, 5-2 and as soon as the game finished it showed the player get the man of the match, after that it disconnected me from the ea servers and took me out of ultimate team. This has nothing to do my internet as i was watching a video without any lag, i want to speak to an actual employee and not a bot.
