Pro clubs progression after deleting game file save

I recently accidentally deleted my games save while trying to load in, to my relief after making a new one my UT was still fully intact. However when I go to check my pro clubs all my skills progression has reset, the problem with this is my character is still at level 52 meaning I won’t be able to regain all those lost skill points even if I grind the game? Please let me know if I’m wrong or if there is any solution to this. Thank you
