Does EA actually help?

Hello,

I played 2 hackers/cheaters in the last 2 weeks in UT Champions mode and afcourse i reported players, provided video evidence and everything. But it looks EA just doesn't care and does not help. While you get robbed of better rewards and having fun, they let cheaters play normally.

Cases are closed/no fix without any notifications or explanations. They just say they have dedicated team looking into reports and that they can't share the results. So it's basicly just F you to all the players. 

I was wondering did anyone of you actually get any help from EA? Ever?
