Does EA even reply to Ban Appeals? 2nd Ban in less than 1 Month

I got BANNED for 7 days for the 2nd time in less than a month.

Both UNFAIR BANS.

1st Ban came on 13th December. I disputed the Ban with an appeal, but guess what? That case is still open today...


After the 7 days, I returned to the game and Yesterday, I was BANNED for the 2nd time.

At the moment, I have 2 cases open. 1 case regarding the 1st UNFAIR BAN that I never got any reply from EA, and the 2nd case related to the UNFAIR BAN I got yesterday.

I am so tired of this AUTOMATED FLAG/BAN SYSTEM EA has that can get anyone UNFAIRLY BANNED, and even more, for the lack of capacity on EA side to process the amount of appeals.

How can I have case open since the 13th of December? Does that means that I will have to go through another 7 days without playing the game, loosing more coins / rewards, because the EA can't handle the amount of appeals? 

So, not only I've been UNFARLY BANNED TWICE, I also have to pay the price for EA incompetence TWICE?!


Honestly, I think I deserve to be COMPENSATED! TWICE! I demand to get this last BAN lifted so I can get back to the game TODAY! 👮



Btw, my motivation to keep playing this game in on an all time low. Why would I keep playing it if I will probably get UNFAIRLY BAN again in less than a month?!

    Hi there, @urbanrevo_pt 

    You should be able to log in and view your cases to see the results of the investigation. You also will receive an email when it completes. Another option is to create a new case so you can contact an advisor and ask them to tell you the outcome of your dispute(s).

    Nice.

    I was UNFAIRLY BANNED twice, and the best advice I get is: "trust the system."

    Very nice system you  guys have there.

    People get UNFAIR BANS, and the only option is to pray that someone at EA will look into the appeals and reply within 10 DAYS?!

    LOL

    In 10 days I will get my account back (5 days before the average time EA takes to reply to disputes/appeals) and the case will stay opened, pretty much like the case of my 1st UNFAIR TEMPORARY BAN on 13th December (that is still "in progress" and that I still didn't received any reply).

    In the meanwhile, I (again) LOOSE COINS, EVOS, SBC's and other OBJ Players/Packs because of a COMPLETE BROKEN BAN SYSTEM without even getting an APOLOGY or COMPENSATION for being WRONGFULLY and UNFAIRLY BANNED.
