Don't know where to put this

Just faced a person blatantly hacking against me, have attached the user name, was unable to report in game as it said there was an error. First of all slowdown hack so all players run at 0 mph then just after half time the game ended in the 105th minute even though he was up 6-2.
If this violates some sort of terms and conditions i apologise but there was no other way to be heard
