Draft game mode is extremely bugged

I disconnect from most Draft matches I play. (I've disconnected from about five or so out of the 10 or so I've played.) I only got one draft token back because EA doesn't really care if you disconnect and seems to only issue one token a month, even if the game disconnects you after spending 15k or 300 points.

It's unfortunate that EA could care so little about its player base, especially when people are paying real money to play the already awful Draft game mode.

Also a new bug: sometimes the game doesn't work at all, as if the game itself breaks. Currently, I am in a draft where the AI can only use two or so players, and the rest are huddled into the right corner, just running up 2 meters, then back down. This is the second time this has happened in 24 hours. The last time this happened, I was disconnected from the draft, so I assume the same will happen again (it always happens in the third game or sometimes the fourth). My internet connection is perfectly fine; there is no fix on my end. The game seems to be less than 1% complete (as even the graphics and basic UI has problems) and urgently needs to be fixed, as it is quite ridiculous to think a AAA game could be this bad and broken so soon after its release. Especially by a company as "resourceful" as Electronic Arts.

Also, sometimes the draft just lags or doesn't let you back out after a pause. All in all, the single-player game mode for me has been useless and has only cost me money that I will never get back. I'd be happy with a draft token replacement every time, but as stated above, EA does not care. It is an algorithm that seems to only give out one draft token a month, regardless of how many times you disconnect or how many times you pay to enter a draft with coins or points. 

The match just finished, as this took a while to type. As foretold above, the game crashed. I will load back up and see "claim your reward." Despite winning the game by a landslide, because the game disconnected me right at the end before I could advance, it will go down as a forfeit. So the draft token I requested for the one I lost yesterday has also now been rendered useless by EA.

All this to say, don’t play the single-player draft. The rewards are terrible and never worth it. But now, you can’t even try out cards without disconnecting and getting nothing out of the whole experience except regret. (Regret of purchasing the game, not the draft, as the draft has always been a waste of time for rewards but was cool to play to try players you’ll never pack because the pack weight is zero.) 

I also have a video of this dreadful experience in case an upload is required for EA to do their job (I doubt anything will change). The game is severely AI-dominant and is already seeing a surge of players leaving for other games like B06 or the new Warzone that was released yesterday. I want to play FC but can't because EA penalises me for playing the game and does not reward me (or the majority of the player base, it seems) for spending money on packs during a promo. (I spent £30+ and opened a fair amount of decent packs only to get: 1. Nothing that fits my team; 2. Nothing worth even 20k; and 3. Not a single promo player, not even one of the 84 or 85s centurions. This is shameful!.)

Anyway, off to play Warzone/BO6 I go. (Not really, I am going to continue playing FC, just less often until I eventually stop, I presume.)
