Did you try the 3 tips I mentioned? also keep your cross play disabled, so pc hackers be out of question.

now I have same issue...
not sure if there are bots, but the game sure feels off. Every thing i'm down 2-0 my players are performing suddenly better. And when i'm up 2-0 my players can't run anymore. Also i see a lot off weird behaivior of opponents.
That's the scripting, DDA and whatever other crap they do behind the scenes.
You'll notice that you'll score and then immediately score again or feel you are in control. Last minute of the half the opponent will score with no time left on some weird garbage goal. The second half players are out of position and slow to loose balls.
They do it to keep you hooked. * players quit the game and don't buy packs. Now.if you're competitive you'll think you'll do better with better players so you stick around and buy packs and do the SBCs.
As much as they say that there's no scripting...there's scripting.
