EA Communication Error EC:10701

Today, I was playing the game normally, but after 8 hours, when I launched EA Sports FC 25, I encountered the error "The app couldn't connect to port 3216..." as shown in the image.

I have already opened port 3216 in Windows Firewall and deleted the Hyper-V Ethernet as suggested on forums, but the error persists. I get the same error whether I launch the game via Steam or the EA App. Is there a way to fix this? I'm new to gaming and want to play more.
