Like I said you two should both post the video as that’s what ea asked for because it will show the lag. He had an orange or yellow rating on his packet loss.
If you don’t have that high of one you have a better connection than he has so this would reflect that with a video.
He could probably even look at your video and explain how much delay you have since he is a network engineer. This could be a really helpful thread for the community.
RadioShaqs im happy to share my connection score & post videos of this dreadful gameplay (will record some if needed) but you still haven’t directed me to the thread to speak to somebody at EA actively trying to assist us lol
