Second time writing this out as my first one was deleted, weirdly.
Where can I speak with one of the EA reps about my connection report screenshot?? My connection quality score was near perfect yet the game is unplayable for me? The delay is incredible and the gameplay is ridiculously heavy.
This is the point they disappear. The majority of people running the reports come back all well within the tolerance. But still get awful gameplay.
You might get someone along telling you that if you are on wireless or have a minuscule packet loss that it’s your fault. They will continue to represent you as an example of you being the issue.
That about sums up how it works.
