Second time writing this out as my first one was deleted, weirdly.
Where can I speak with one of the EA reps about my connection report screenshot?? My connection quality score was near perfect yet the game is unplayable for me? The delay is incredible and the gameplay is ridiculously heavy.
RadioShaqs i promise you, the issue isn't on my end. My ISP have been out & confirmed it themself. They even said they get many call outs due to this franchise of game.
Every single person in my friend group that plays this game says the gsmeplay is horrific. Literally every single one. Every person I message on xbox to confirm their gsmeplay is as bad as mine confirm it’s awful for them too. The likely hood is people don’t know about this forum and complain via Twitter, Reddit, whatsapp groups and other methods. It’s a well known fact among fifa players the servers are rubbish and gameplay stinks more often than not.
how come when I see really basic threads on here, somebody from EA responds very quickly with an answer to the issue…. Whenever it’s a gameplay related issue, radio silence and nobody ever responds???
the issue is 1000000% on EA’s end.
Like I said the only way to tell would be a connection report then a video. Since so few are having this issue it wouldn’t be on eas end. You would more than likely be wasting your time trying to show it’s on eas end.
You would be better off showing the video with delay to your isp and telling them they need to fix it.
If it was on eas end you would see thousands of reports and videos.

It's everyone in the community lmao. Half the posts here and in the sub reddits etc are all complaining about delay.
When there is a server issue this whole forum fills up with it. Like when ea had to fix the sa sever and the compensation thread. 3 people in this thread hardly is a lot. If you want to gaslight the op trying to say that’s a lot that’s up to you.
The ops isp should fix it though if he shows them the video.
this is getting ridiculousRadioShaqs I’ve told you my ISP have attended my address & confirmed my connection is fine. Categorically this is not on my end & they have guaranteed the same.
This is further backed up by the fact my connection quality report was 97/100 with packet loss at 0.01%. This is almost perfect and would have no effect on gameplay whatsoever. Every single stat had 3 green bars!
it’s even crazier when you take into account the thousands of posts on numerous platforms for every single fifa instalment complaining about said gameplay? As I mentioned, every single person in my friend group and 95% of people I message say the gameplay is woeful. Taking all this into account, your response is still to take this up with my ISP. I’m sorry but I cant take you seriously at this point.
I think your isp is like the thread a week or so ago with virgin media. They wouldn’t admit there was a problem until numerous people called them. Finally virgin media fixed the issue.
if you go on Futbin right now every comment under the popular cards, KDB for example, are whinging about the gameplay (and other things we suspiciously cant mention on the forum)
It's not your ISP. A lot of these issues came straight after TOTY and then it because even worse after the new matchmaking. It's obviously an EA issue. I am surprised that we're still giving any credence to any other argument for 99% of these issues. I've started playing eFootball, and I'm having no problems at all. It's a much more smooth experience.
RadioShaqs ’since so few are having this issue’ ….. I’ve played 4 games of rivals this morning. I’ve had disgusting gameplay in all 4 and I’ve messaged all 4 opposition and they’ve also responded saying it was bad for them too. You and your colleagues on the forum try to brush this gameplay issue under the rug but this player base aren’t as stupid as you’d like to think. It’s 100% on EA’s end. I’ve got 160k followers on X and I’ll be doing a poll on there shortly if I don’t get no assistance from anybody on here. I’ve had enough
If you finaly get to speak to a ea repps, please let me know how you was able to do so😅 It seems like they have crawl into their holes. I have never experienced a company this hard to get in touch with! They have made a jungle to get in contact with a real person, and they know that people give up in this process.
