Ea didn't let me chose my rewards for the last season level.

Question

Hello, i just wanted to get my rewards for the last level of the season and take the 87x10 pack but when i wanted to do that, the game picked me firmino without letting me chose. I have a video of that happening right below and i hope it could show that i didnt pick anything. I contacted a support but he said he can't do anything right now so i need to post on this forum and wait for an answer. I honestly dont care if ea take firmino back but i just want my 87x10 pack back... Please help.

same happend to me it picked for me and i didnt get to chose i spent money on packs that had the sp points in and i didnt get to pick it froze for a second like the screen shot shows then it just went to the player didnt have an option to pick my reward&nbsp;

Similar thing happened to me right now, I claimed 3 reward levels while in the Clubs menu, when I later went into UT it had selected Florenzi for me without the option to pick Hummels at all.
