Ea fc career mode suggestions

I’ve been playing fc manager career mode for quite sometime and there are a few things I’d really like to see that would make it 10 times better 

make it more like madden. I play both madden and ea fc and even though I like soccer more I just find madden franchise so much more engaging I think they do a lot of things right especially player development and online franchise I love online franchise and I think online career mode would be incredible on ea fc. I know it’s a lot harder since there are so many more teams but maybe make it so everyone has to play in the same league or limit the leagues you can do online in. I would also like changes in player development I love how madden does the dev trait and how you can get a random player abilities after one incredible season I would love to something like that style in eafc instead of the robotic potential make it more dynamic like madden and instead of an X factor maybe give them play style plus options or something of that sort I think if changes like this were implemented eafc would be so much better
