EA Help beta code issue keeps saying invalid code?

I'm sorry to say, we cannot grant a code for a different platform than the one yours was created for.

I used the new Fifa 25 Beta code on my steam profile and ea play account and it says the code has been used already and invalid! Please share a new code as soon as possible.
