EA Help beta code issue keeps saying invalid code?

I received a PS4 code even though my preferred platform is PS5. I am trying to use the new help tool but every time I submit the case I get an email saying my beta code is invalid. I’m literally copy...

    I'm sorry to say, we cannot grant a code for a different platform than the one yours was created for.

I got my code and typed it into the EA App and it said that it was invalid. I’ve tried for a day trying to ask for it to be switched or fixed and the advisors have been no help so far. Please can I get a new one I really want to play the game.
