EA Help

Guys I’m having trouble while playing FC 25, it tells me that I can’t play online while these past few days I’ve played online, it also doesn’t let me play Career mode and UT, it also sais to go to ea.com/unable-to-connect, and when I go there it  does not say anything about my problem. What should I do
