So if I subscribe to EA Play Pro AFTER 20th August, I will receive Hero Item?
Also, will the item still be evolved in November if I cancel my subscription after a month then have purchased the game (standard edition)?

If you subscribe after, you will still get the Hero item (Although just to make this absolutely explicit, EA Play Pro is only for the EA app).
As for whether or not they'll still evolve if you cancel your subscription, I'm just waiting on confirmation for that one.

How long does it take for the pack to show up on my account? I just purchased EA Pro Play and have not received it today.

EA Play Pro is only for PC, and there's no way to transfer content between platforms. Unfortunately there's no way to get the Hero player included in EA Play Pro on Xbox.
