Ea Play Pro Benefits

I have subscribed to ea play pro and have not received the points nor the hero pack promised. Ea help doesn't seem to be doing much, anyone have some advice?

Just as @RobTheStump said, the EA Play Pro edition is PC (EA app specifically) exclusive. There's no way to share rewards or progress between platforms, so that's why you're not getting the EA Play Pro rewards on your Xbox.
