my EA account got hacked

Hi, I need help recovering my EA account.

My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with it. I already reported this through the EA Help website and contacted several support agents (around 4 so far). During the live chat, each agent asked me for my original email address, and after I provided it, they said they sent a verification code to my email. The problem is that while I do receive the email, there is no verification code inside it. This has happened consistently with every agent I’ve contacted.

Because of this issue, I’m unable to verify my identity and proceed with the account recovery process. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
