Ea servers are garbage/missing champs rewards

Im playing champs and need 12 games for the 85x3 in objectives. EA servers slow the game down, starts going frame by frame, the game gets slow for both me and my opponent, and disconnects us both. I later learned through contact with him that we were both credited a loss. I don’t even care about the loss, all I care about is the fact that I needed that one game to get to twelve games played for the 85x3. I have talked to half of the support team at EA, for **bleep**s sake, please just give me the credit for the game I was unfairly discredited. Its seems as only the CEO of EA himself has the ability to do this, because different support agents keep telling me they would like to but can’t help and keep referring up the totem pole. Wonder if this will end with the president of the united states or not.
