EA won’t give me my missing pack that I paid money for

I bought 15 dollars worth of fc points yesterday and decided to save it for laliga tots, guess what I wake up and all of my packs are gone. I hit up live chat but EA employees are so helpful that they told me to go **bleep** my self pretty much and they won’t give me my fc points back or my pack. Such a lovely game ea has made.
