Eafc 25 crashing on ps5

For months, the game has been freezing and crashing constantly in the division rivals, rush menu and especially in the FUT Champions Weekend league. My PS5 console, controller, internet connection, everything is fine. How can you not find a solution to this yet? We regularly pay and contribute to this game and you do not even provide service. How will you explain the lost loaned players, match rights, etc. There is no technical support? What are you working on? As I am a software engineer, you have not solved even the smallest simple filtering bugs in the menu in the game for months? In what sense will you provide technical support to the game?
