@dirtydangerszn just happened to me too, incredible that EA still hasn't found a solution!
Yep, live chat claim its your end, then you expalin if it was my end aka internet etc, I would recieve a loss for the game. They then told me to seek help from a community manager by posting on these forums. They'll never respond lmfao, company is a joke and deserve the worst.
