EAFC25 is genuinely the worst FIFA game ever on release

FIFA/FC games have always been buggy messes on release. The player base gets annoyed then moves on as things are slowly patched over a year but this is genuinely the worst experience I have ever had ...

Yet EA are spouting nonsense all over the media that this Refresh patch has saved the game and the majority love it. All I'm reading and hearing is that the game is garbage and the gameplay is worse after the patch.
