Got hacked and then got banned for coin distribution

2 days ago I received 3 security codes to my email which I didn’t request, then I looked at my trusted devices and there are 3 new devices in different locations. Later that night I got an email saying I’ve been permanently banned from fc 25 and any past and future title due to coin distribution. I have never bought or sold coins, I have spent a lot of time and money on fc25 alone and have been playing since FIFA 11. 

I appealed the ban the same night showing proof of unknown login locations and the security codes that got sent and the next day it got declined. I have appealed again today but don’t have much hope. 

I think it’s really unfair to permanently ban my account for something I had no control over, I got hacked, I didn’t choose for this to happen, I’ve seen in the past that people normally just get their coins wiped or transfer banned. But I get permanently banned from online modes on past present and future titles due to something I had nothing to do with. 

Ea also sent an email saying that they aren’t overturning the ban and told me that I will stay banned on ‘college football’ which isn’t even the game I got banned on.
