It's the servers. They **bleep** the bed at peak hours, you know, when we all actually want to play. The game simply isn't fun, and EA do not care. It's why you never see mods replying to any of the complaints.

Yeah, they simply can't respond to these issues because what would they even say? "Oh, there really is a problem with our game?" They can't admit that. That's why they stay silent.
All the excuses about needing to be polite in feedback—everyone has been respectful, and we've shared these issues for months without getting any response. What kind of respect are they talking about? Even when they do reply to someone, it's just a single copy-paste response, and then they disappear completely.
I've never seen a single mod thank the community for providing feedback, or appreciate the effort people put into making videos explaining the game's issues, or even acknowledge those who take the time to visit the forum and share their problems.
These are all things they should be happy about because, without customers helping them fix their problems, their company and game would collapse. But what more can we say? We're only doing this because we love the game and want it to be better.
