Eafc25 Kendry Paez

has anyone been sucessefull to buy Kendry Paez in FC25?

i tried everything but says that the club does not have enough depth in is position so i cant buy  him.  The Vale club from equador does not acept any of your players in trade to rise the depth of his position.
