EAFC25 not saving squad changes!!!

Message: I have bought your game eafc 25 and it has been a horrible experience. You cannot save squads, edit tactics if you do that and restart the game doesn’t save it goes back to old settings. What’s even worse is that if you transfer to players out you won’t be able to play kickoff with that squad let alone make substitutions the game just crashes.

They have been so many complaints since September (in the 100s) however no one is fixing it you have released so many updates not targeting the issue. If this issue is not planning on getting fixed I would like to get a refund for this. Because I’ve basically bought a game that doesn’t work. My account is [edit: email address removed] on the Xbox series x please if you no plan on updating send me back my money!!

    I solved the issue with tactics not saving (PC):

    I read a comment in another thread where a user playing on PS5 (I think) mentioned that they solved the issue by simply switching the controller.

    So, I tried it on PC, as I usually play with a gamepad.

    Here’s what worked for me:

    1. Disconnect the gamepad while the game is open.
    2. Modify or edit any of the tactics, or create a new one (make sure to also try modifying the tactic and player instructions).
    3. Click save.
    4. If it works, quit the game.
    5. Before reopening the game, reconnect the gamepad.
    6. Open the game again.

    If you try reconnecting the gamepad without closing and reopening the game, the gamepad will only work in the menu and not in the game.
