EVO COMPESATION NOT WORKING - EXPIRED

Hello

i’ve received the compesation of the evolution error that made some evolved player not eligible for a chained evo. (jose graguera) but the evos received are not working. They say “this action can’t be performed because this evolution has expired”. 
Please solve this problem, the compesation will be in vain.
