Yeah I find if playing a higher level on squad battles the team doesn’t just get harder my players move and act different passes slow players slower etc to feels like they don’t only make the ai team better but the high tactics is the problem to seems like it’s designed to favour the high pressure team so it makes your passes slower etc Iv played a few today with counter and a poacher yet I’m still having to use l1 to send them on runs by time the jog to start the run the pass is gone even lw rw inside forward attack isn’t good they stand on the wing and just wait strikers are to slow at coming back onside and midfield stand behind the players marking them a lot to even with short passing or balanced passes are the worst this year as it is but I think it’s the tactics that mess up the flow which should not happen as it’s basically ai aiding the high press team all over the pitch I’m trying old gen to see if it’s any better but still felt that ea decide what pass is going to be good and which isn’t and to many easy passes going wild this year
Yep, High Pressure certainly dumbs down your team to the point that they make mistakes in movement, passes and decision making is none existent.
It ruins the game. Sure, it should make the team playing it busy running around but they should tire fast which they don't. It's a joke that this tactics favours the team using it when it really shouldn't.
You can't pass the ball anywhere near your own goal when they have high pressure/aggression set because they will guarantee to steal it and score.
