Experiencing Sudden Massive Latency with EA Servers

Is there an issue with EA servers? My latency/ping just went through the roof and it totally ruined a UT Champions Finals match. I’m experiencing a similar latency (nearly 200ms compared to normal 24ms) over on FC Mobile also. At first I thought it might be my connection, but I ran a speed test and it’s still humming along at 23ms, so this suggests it might be EA servers that are the issue. Has there been an outage somewhere or is there major congestion? I’m in Northern California (US) would love to know if others are experiencing this issue or whether it’s something I need to further investigate with my ISP.
