When will I be charged? 

You’ll be charged immediately after placing your order. Make sure your payment method is up to date on your account so your pre-order doesn’t fail. Keep an eye on your inbox–you’ll get an email confirming your pre-order, and another email when your game is released.

What if I pre-ordered somewhere other than the EA app?

If you’ve pre-ordered your game from another retailer, contact them to find out how to cancel your pre-order.
