Same problem here but with FUTBday Rodrygo evo, had to remove him from my starting 11 on the companion, but now I can’t replace him since he shows up first being high rated. Do I have to quick sell him to play the game?
Badges or other non-problematic evos can help. I replied to a post about that here - FC25 crashes anytime my opponents have cosmetic evos | EA Forums - 11950324. Quick sell also fixes the problem but I would suggest that as a last resort.
