Fc 25 family sharing from steam

Hello I have a question my brother has the fc 25 can I play the game with family sharing on steam?

@elaBYEre no, as per Steam's FAQ, it won't be possible to share "games that require an additional third-party key, account, or a subscription in order to play".

I think that is not real because i have a F1 24 and 23 , this games has third party like a FC25
