Fc 25 gameplay problems

So my whole defence including the goalkeeper is 99 rated my keeper can not make any saves my defenders when going forwards to tackle opponents player opponents player simply runs through my players my player is directly inline with the ball what the hell really this is disgusting EA you seriously want me to cancel my ultimate team edition fc 26 because I have reported this issue plus my players playing below their attributes delay in passing ,shooting,sprint,tackle shoulder challenge is a complete waste as it does absolutely nothing just like tackle nothing this is a disgrace my players all high pass attributes but none can pass to team mates all attackers high dribble and pace and in game they can do neither instead they move slow and lethargic Ai in my team play like they have 0 intelligence why is my striker running on the wing towards my winger instead of staying in the middle why are my attackers running back towards my player playing a throughball instead of them running forward and anticipating the pass why are opponents ai tackling my players ever single time I have the ball but my ai is not tackling opponents is fc 25 just a scam because it doesn't add up when my attacker has the ball I press shoot quickly it never happens always delay why when I try to sheild the ball my player does not why EA if you want me to cancel my pre order for fc 26 you are going about it the right way nobody from EA is trying to resolve my issue the customer service help is none existent im not trying to be rude but this game fc 25 for gameplay is a disgrace my players are performing below their attributes 99 rated players playing like bronze cards this is disgusting it really is
