FC 25 HOW TO CHECK WHAT EVOLUTIONS ALREADY APPLIED?

Hi,

my question is there a way to track which evolution i have already used on my players, it's hard to remember really so, where can I check which one evolution i have already applied to my player so that i can make better decisions with future evolution my players qualify for?
