fc 25 shapeshifter elite eleven store pack

Hello

i have bought a pack called Elite Eleven pack cost 3k FC points multiple times today to get what was mentioned in the detailed table content/discription that i might get Shapeshifter player under probability of 7.3% but came to know from the youtube that this event of SHAPESHIFTER is not yet introduced! How come ?? I

    I hope they don't comensate you. You knew fully wel that there would not be a shapeshifter in that pack.
