Yeah... the whole thing is almost unbelievable. Especially since it would be so easy to fix. Just add a handful of quests and that's it. I had opened two tickets and chatted with various employees. At some point, the 2 tickets were simply closed, even though I was told that it would definitely be fixed, that they were actively working on it, and that I wouldn't have to wait long.
