I’m having the same problem.
it started in fc24 for me and still couldn’t find a solution.
I read I needed to match my region to where I bought the game from so I did, but it didn’t work.

Hey i bought the game trough a second hand website called gamecards.net, i dont know what region the game is bought in and i bought 1050 points from the ps store that dont show up on my account.

If you bought Points through the PSN Store and they're not available on your account after 24 hours. Please contact EA Help Support and provide them a proof of purchase so they can assist you with that.
