FC Points store not availabe FC25

Hello , I have the following issue Whenever i go to store in Ultimate team to buy points i don't find the points option and it says Points store not available Consul is PS5 PS:I tried restarting ...

Hey i bought the game trough a second hand website called gamecards.net, i dont know what region the game is bought in and i bought 1050 points from the ps store that dont show up on my account.

If you bought Points through the PSN Store and they're not available on your account after 24 hours. Please contact EA Help Support and provide them a proof of purchase so they can assist you with that.
