FC points werent added to the account after purchase via mobile app

Hello,
I purchased 2800 FC Points via the companion app on my android device
The payment went through and I received an receipt from the google play store approving the purchase.
But when returning to the app after completing the process I got an error message from the app, saying that the process failed and I should restart the app to see the points in my account.
The points aren't showing in my account not in the app nor on my PC game.

Please send the points back to my account.
