Fc25 closed beta wont bring up a download.

I keep getting a email saying the code has been redeemed when I havent redeemed it i literally have all this and screenshots on my post in my forum 

Ok here's what worked for me on Xbox Series X:

1. I had redeemed the code, and gotten the email confirmation for my "purchase," but the game was nowhere in my library
2. I opened the order in my Microsoft Account. Clicked on the game "EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Closed Beta"
3. That opened a bundle. One of the included games was "EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Closed Beta Xbox Series X|S." I clicked on that and it opened the game in the Xbox Store
4. When the game info opened, I added the game to my wishlist (heart icon)
5. On Xbox, I opened my store, went to my wishlist, and opened the game there. It said I owned it, so I was able to Install from that screen

I am having the exact same problem. 

Enter code, says it worked, no download. Now code is 'redeemed'

My code is for the correct platform - just does not work

Try generating a new code with the tool here.

Hi there I had the same problem, go onto settings then payment and billing, order history then click on the beta it should be there if you have redeemed it. Click on it then click view in store then click on manage and it should let you download it.
