It's not us; it's EA. Just forward the problem to your development team and let them fix this pathetic bug instead of giving this kind of useless advice.
Same issue, tried all the troubleshooting nothing works. Please forward to the mobile devs.
On top of that, why is the app crashing during a player pick 😢
Should I try to call my phone support for that as well? Maybe clear my cache?
@Historik @xCHI-CHOxx @FarmateRTG finally it is fixed! Still a lot of black space at bottom of the screen but it's not longer sitting behind the notification area!
