FC25 Companion app
Hi, I’m trying to set up the companion app for my son (10). Previously I’ve bought the game and I’ve had the companion app, he’s been able to play the game due to remote play/sharing.
His PS account is set up with a different email address to mine and he’s bought the game this time on his own console.
However, when we try the web or companion app, we get a message saying no club exists.
From forum posts I then double checked the linked email in the game and it is my email down in the game as “parents email”.
Is there any way of resolving this?
