FC25 Is Not Working

I have had this problem for 2 weeks now, I cant play a full game as everytime it kicks me out and says connection error. I was on the EA chatlog and i got told to go on all these links and fix it, i did this and its still not working. I have an evolution with Theo Hernandez on and i have spent real money on this evolution and i wont be able to fix it due to this error. I have also missed out on 2 divison rivals rewards and 2 FUT champions rewards(what i play every week). This error needs to be fixed so i can access FC25, earn the rewards what i need and finish my evolutions. I also think there should be a compensation due to this error that may have occurred on your behalf, i truly believe and think this is unacceptable from such a big company. I would like this to be fixed and would like something in return due to me not being able to access this game.
