@GSM350 You think ea bribed them? That’s a weird take on it. So you still think servers are broken?
@RadioShaqs No it was just a joke, I'm not sure what others are experiencing but for me personally the delay seems to be in the game both offline and online, which when playing online could easily be mistaken for server issues. But when the game does finally respond to my controls (after a short delay) the response between the two controller overlays seems in sync.
All I can say is that based on my experience in NA on Xbox S/X and PS5 I have more delay at 1pm than I would at 1am. I do everything I can to ensure a stable connection while gaming no matter the time of day. I notice this when I'm playing FUT, Career, Clubs and Seasons. From what I can tell This happens on PC much less. Maybe that could be from the amount of people on that platform or the hardware running the game.
As for offline I have always been an avid career mode player ever since FIFA 09 and it even got me interested in trying the FM series. The offline gameplay in recent years has definitely matched whatever is happening in the gameplay online right down to delay in the commands and the random bounces that keep happening until I concede. Experiencing these issues are what forced me to give up and not buy the game.

I know you wanted more servers and are really far from a server. Do you think they are wrong and the servers are really the issue? - @RadioShaqs I obviously don't speak for everyone when it comes to the servers and the gameplay, and I can only judge what I'm able to see and play myself.
I can only assume that distance to a server is a factor.
The data for this could easily come from a simple survey sent out to an equal amount of players in the general location of a server and players that live a considerable distance from their nearest server. This test should also be done for each region and not the player base as a whole.
This is probably the best way to find out if the servers are a part of the problem.
I also believe that the Frostbite game engine is a big problem. The game just hasn't felt right ever since they started using it.
