Fc25 keeps crashing xbox one

Everytime i go to edit team sheets my game completely froze and took me to the home screen. I also found that it also freezes when I go to play kick off right when I try to choose the kits. This problem is only occurring on one account though as I have tried different accounts to see if they have the same problem but they were fine. What could be causing this specific account to keep on freezing?. Could it be that I've created too much data on that account? I have used up 83.6mb. Created loads of new players on there and I do not want to have to create them all over again. It took me forever ☹️.
