FC25 Online game speedup lag

Question

Looks like it isn't just an issue for me but I'm having some crazy speedup lag maybe 5-10 times a game, only started happening recently, and was fine before. Not an issue with my internet since I've checked it and this doesn't occur at all in other games. How can we fix this? I'm only now able to progress in squad battles in FUT and play career mode. For reference, I scored a 91 on the Internet EA test thing I saw on another post

There is information that EA was broken in the update that is related to nvidia drivers. But this is not accurate. Someone is running on driver version 566.03. I tried to return this version. It didn't help me, it even got worse. The game can start from the third time or take a long time to load from the home screen. How they infuriate me these...
