FC25 Player Career - Player striker braindead
Hi,
I primarily play Player Career mode, but I’m experiencing some significant issues with my created player. When playing as the team, it feels like I’m down to 10 men because my striker is completely ineffective.
Here are the main problems:
- He drops back during attacks instead of staying forward.
- Counterattacks fall apart as he stops at the halfway line.
- He doesn’t position himself to receive passes or make runs.
- When dribbling near him, he just follows defenders aimlessly, like a lost child.
I’ve attached pictures from my last game to show you the issue. You can see my striker (circled) is never in an attacking position and even runs back during attacks. The team plays a 5-4-2 formation, so having 1 striker way out of position makes attacking or scoring impossible. I genuinely can't play the game in its current state.
Is this a known bug ? Does anyone have a work around ?
